Bases of Further Challenges
AHPRA's activities have become so aggressive and dysregulated that it needs to be taken to task for the laws that it breaks on a daily basis.
Justice is a two edged sword in a democracy.
Everyone is subject to it and is equal before the law.

Weighing Souls: Judgement Day
This means that most of us go about challenging AHPRA and the system the wrong way. To appeal individual decisions against us individually is the path of failure. To convict AHPRA for transgressions in the course of its activities is far easier. And if a conviction sticks, you have a much easier basis of appeal.
You should also lodge counter complaints against people complaining if appropriate. Again, with this information your options for future actions are much enhanced.
Let's List some bases of Legal Claims:
The plan is to release the stuff as our anti- AHPRA progrom goes on.
Accessory to Manslaughter. I know of one doctor harassed to suicide by AHPRA investigators. I think the number of doctors, their families and others pushed to the brink is not small. It is a wonder there are not many more victims out there.
I know of a guy called Axxxx, who was not a pleasant piece of work. He told his girlfriend to "go neck yourself" and she did. Qld Police charged him with accessory to manslaughter but failed to make the conviction stick. I think AHPRA staff do a lot more to injure and hurt people and destroy their mental health than the guy called Axxxx ever did. they need to be held responsible. The process by virtue of documented correspondence is more likley to earn AHPRA and its staff a conviction than our guy Axxxx.
I had a thought talking to a judge friend of mine about the AHPRA debacle. He asked what the average level of education of the AHPRA employees. Look at your emails. You will find that you don't need much education to work for AHPRA. Our police train for 24 weeks in College and then 12 months on the job in Australia. In the US, the education is a fraction of this. AHPRA probably just gives them an Orientation Day.
Figures!
